New Home Rebates from Builders
The Program
I partner with most San Diego New Home Builders to show their model homes. Most Builders pay me between 1% and 3% of the base purchase price as a referral fee. Whatever the builder pays me as a referral fee, I will split with you 50/50. I will credit you the amount in escrow, you can use it for closing costs. Sometimes builders offer bonuses on top of the percentage. Whatever it is I will share that with you too. Watch my blog posts for alerts about special offers from Builders.
The Details
Call or email me. Let me know which new home developments you would like to tour. I’ll set up an appointment with you. We will meet at the sales office where I will register you, then you tour the model homes. If you decide to purchase one of the homes you will get the credits at closing.
VERY IMPORTANT – the program only works if I go with you on your FIRST Visit to the development and register you. If you have already been to the development there will be no rebate. Builders keep good records of buyers viewing their homes.
Rebates are only available on Builders New Construction Homes.
