Valencia at Del Sur
Valencia at Del Sur is built by California West Communities. When the neighborhood is complete there will be 54 homes. The floor plans range in size from 2,996 to over 3,400 square feet. The standard home comes with a 3 car garage if you need more living space you can expand into garage. All the homes have the “Del Sur” room, giving you the great indoor/outdoor living space. I would get the optional fireplace for
the room.
Calfornia West Communities also built Monteluz and Andalusia in 4S Ranch and will be opening the last subdivision to be built Mission Ranch in 4S Ranch. Andalusia is currently selling new home in 4S Ranch
