New Sentinels at Del Sur – Looks like the name is going to be Brookfield Sentinels opening in the summer of 2013. Looking forward to seeing the model homes. I’ll keep you posted

The Sentinels by Davidson is a small enclave of 17 homes. Prior to the market downturn the project was going to be 76 homes built by John Laing. Davidson took over the development and updated the original floor plans. There are 3 main floor plans plus a 2X plan. The homes range in size from 2,772 to 3,329 square feet. Prices are in the mid $700,000′s all the way up to the model home listed for $929,000 as of October 2011.
