Presidio at Del Sur
Presidio at Del Sur will be a 52 home development when it is complete. Homes are being built by Standard Pacific Homes. This development has some of the largest homes in Del Sur. Homes range in size from 3,461 to over 3,800 square feet. The homes are beautiful. My favorite is plan 2 the Rivera. I really like the great room. These floor plan similar to the floor plans in the Carleton subdivision have the “Del Sur” rooms. Of course I would get the optional fireplace with the Del Sur room. 
Some of the home sites within this neighborhood will have view lots.
Undate January 8, 2013 – Stopped by the Presidio sales office over the weekend. The build has acquired more lots in Del Sur so the final development will be larger than 52 homes and they changing Plan 1. The Plan was not that popular so they are redesigning it. It think the most popular plan is Plan 3. It is the one with the deck off the master suite.
