Carleton at Del Sur

Carleton at Del Sur built by Standard Pacific Homes.  When finished there will be 70 homes in this subdivision.   The homes range in size from 2,600 square feet to almost 3,100 square feet.  One of the features I really like about the homes is the outdoor “Del Sur” room.  I would  get the optional fireplace for the room.  One of the many great things about San Diego is our weather, I love the indoor/outdoor living.
