Tanglewood in 4S Ranch
Tanglewood development was built in 2003 by William Lyon Homes. The homes are detached single family condominiums. The homes are for the most part built in mobile court with no front yard. Tanglewood shares a community pool and playground with the Summerwood community.
The builder offered 4 floor plans with sizes ranging from 1,310 to 1,690 square feet . The homes feature 2 to 4 bed rooms and 2.5 baths with 2 car garages.
Tanglewood ~ Eucalyptus Plan 2
Tanglewood in the south section of 4S Ranch is very similar to Amante in the north section of 4S Ranch. They were built by the same builder, Lyon Homes. Amante is newer by about 2 years and the largest floor plan in Amante is about 250 square feet bigger than Tangleswood’s largest home. The biggest difference is the location of the laundry room, in Tanglewood the laundry is in the garage and in Amante it is inside the home.
