SilverCrest in 4S Ranch
SilverCrest development, located in the north section of 4S Ranch, was built in 2005 to 2006 by Fieldstone Communities. The builder offered 3 floor plans with sizes ranging from 2,901 to 3,600+ square feet . The homes feature 3 to 5+ bedrooms with 2 or 3 car garages.

Fieldstone Communities built the identical floor plans in the Pienza subdivision just north of SilverCrest and used the same model homes located in the SilverCrest development on Silver Crest Drive. The builder hit hard times do to the housing bubble/ melt down never finished the last 6 lots in the SilverCrest development. In 2010 Manning Homes bought the remaining lots with all the plans and built the Sedona Subdivision. The Sedona development did not offer all the different floor plan combination as the original builder.
