Providence subdivision  was built in 2002 – 2003 by Willian Lyon Homes.   The builder offered 4 floor plans with sizes ranging from 3,412 to 4,138 square feet .  The homes feature 3 to 4 bed rooms and 2.5 to 4 baths with 3 car garages. Some home have lots with great views.
