The Maybeck development, located in the north section of 4S Ranch, was built in 2006 – 2010 by William Lyon Homes. There are 120 homes in this development. The builder offered 4 floor plans with sizes ranging from 2,796 to 3,700 square feet. Homes feature 3 to 4+ bedrooms with 2 or 3 car garages. Another nice feature of the homes are the guest suite option over the garage on selected plans.

Homes have about 5,000 square foot lots with garage entrances in the rear of the house. You drive down an alley to get to the garage. 20 homes have garage access off of each alley street. With the garage entrance in the rear of the home there are no back yards. Instead there are side yards.
