The Garden Gate development in 4S Ranch was built in 2003 by SeaCountry Homes.  Garden Gate is a gated condominium community of single family detached homes located in the south section of 4S Ranch and is almost identical to Garden Walk in the north section of 4S Ranch, except for the gate.
