Cedar Creek in 4S Ranch

The Cedar Creek development is located in the south section of 4S Ranch.  It was built in 2002 by D.R. Horton and it was the first development to be occupied. Cedar Creek has 3 floor plans ranging in size from 2,156 sq.ft. to 2,714 sq. ft.   One of the distinctive feature of the floor plans is the long drive ways.
