The Andalusia subdivision in 4S Ranch was built by California West Communities.  Andalusia had their Grand Opening January 30th 2010 with the first move-in dates in April/May 2010.  California West Communities offered
4 floor plan at Andalusia.  At the same time California West also opened The Monteluz subdivision in 4S Ranch.
