Talavera in 4S Ranch
The Talavera development is located in the south section of 4S Ranch. It was built in 2002 – 2003 by Davidson Communists. There are 126 homes in the development. The homes are located on a minimum of 7,000 square foot lots with some having much larger lot and great views.
The builder offered 4 floor plans with sizes ranging from 3,451 to 4,053 square feet . The homes feature 3 to 6 bed rooms, 3 to 5 baths with 3 car or 4 car garages.
