Garden Walk in 4S Ranch

The Garden Walk development in the north side of 4S Ranch was built in 2005 to 2006 by SeaCountry Homes.  This is a condominium community of single family detached homes.  This development is almost identical to the Garden Gate complex in the south section of 4S Ranch.  The builder offered 3  floor plans with sizes ranging from 1,916 to 2,271 square feet.  The homes feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4 baths with 2 car garages.  When the homes were first purchased the Builder offered “Flex Space” some of  the floor plans are different than expected.
