Lots in this subdivision are larger than the typical lots in the north section of 4S Ranch. In Andalusia you will also be able to find a single level floor plan. There are very few subdivisions that offer single level floor plans in 4S Ranch besides Andalusia. Others that include a single level home are found in Monteluz, Terreno and the Ivy Gate subdivisions.
