Amante in 4S Ranch
The Amante development was built in 2005 – 2006 by William Lyon Homes. The homes are detached single family condominiums. The community for the most part is built as mobile courts with no front yard. The Ravenna town homes complex shares a community pool and playground with the Amante community.
The builder offered 4 floor plans with sizes ranging from 1,454 to 1,914 square feet. The homes feature 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 2 car garages.

Amante is in the north section of 4S Ranch and is very similar to Tanglewood in the south section of 4S Ranch. Both subdivisions were built by Lyon Homes. Tanglewood is slightly older by about two years. The largest floor plan in Tanglewood is about 250 square feet smaller than Amante’s largest floor plan. The biggest difference is the location of the laundry room. In Tanglewood the laundry is in the garage and in Amante it is inside the home.
