Homes for sale on Tour in 92130

by MaryAnn Morrar on January 14, 2012

There were a lot of new home listings to see on the Multiple Listing Tour in Carmel Valley and the 92130 zip code.  I was very surprised when I saw how many homes were on tour this week.  There were over 20 homes.  That is a lot to try and see in a 3 hour window.  Tour starts at 1 pm and ends at 4 pm.  I narrowed the list  down to just 15 homes.  I was only able to see 12 of them before running out of time.  I have to say that there were some really nice properties for sale.  The prices ranged from $635,000 to almost $1.3 million.

My favorite was a listing on Seachase Street in the Huntington Heights subdivision.  It was gorgeous.  The picture is of the ceiling in the master bedroom with stars in the sky.  Walking through the home you can see the  attention to detail every where.  The butler pantry has 2 wine coolers.  It has a very nice pool and spa.  If you are looking for that very special home this might be it.

Overall, most homes on tour were in great condition.  I saw two very nice homes in Pacific Highlands Ranch.  The first one was in Costa Del Sol and is listed for $635,000.  I have seen 3 other listings in the neighborhood recently and this one seemed to be upgraded the nicest.  The second home was located in the Portico Subdivision.  The home looks like it was never lived in.  It is in really great condition.  It’s list price is $699,000.

If you are looking for a home with a view I saw a great view from a home on Pantera Road.  I took the picture from the master bedroom through the window with my iPhone.  What a view!  IMHO, I felt the home could use more  updating.  It was built in 1986, however, the kitchen did look updated.  Take a look at this one if you are in search of a great view. However, if you want a great canyon view and a home in great condition definitely take a look at the home on Flintwood Way in the Bordeaux subdivision.  And if you are thinking I bet it has traffic – think again.  I was there around 1:45 pm and went outside to see if I could hear traffic noise but I didn’t hear any.  But remember from post about traffic noise check at different times of the day and weather conditions.
